• Bluetooth Sleep Mask - Use in your hotel at bedtime or during naps. Combine blackout eye mask with Bluetooth-connection to easily listen to guided meditation, white noise, pink noise or calming music from your smartphone to help unwind.
• Soft Foam Earplugs - Use on a plane, bus or in a hotel room to drown out loud noises or disturbances that can disrupt sleep hygiene when traveling for competition.
• Lavender Scented Pillow Spray - Use at home and in hotels to encourage familiar, consistent pre-bed routine to improve sleep quality and lessen impact of first-night effect when traveling.
• Blue Light Blocking Glasses - Wear these glasses at nighttime to help filter blue light emitted from devices like phones, tablets or laptops, or when watching TV or gaming. Blue light exposure at night can reduce sleep quality and sleep duration.
• Performance Mouth Tape - Try mouth tape with breathwork before bed to get used to the experience. By forcing nose breathing, snoring may be reduced, nitric oxide circulation increases in the blood, and help balance the Autonomic Nervous System.
• Blackout Curtain Clips - Keep your bedroom dark with blackout curtain clips that keep curtains closed so no light can peek through to disrupt natural melatonin production and interfere with sleep quality.
• LED Light Blocking Stickers - Use in your hotel at bedtime to cover up indoor light pollution emitted from smoke detectors, alarm clocks or in-room appliances. *Be sure to remove stickers before checkout!

I have logged close to 200k airborne miles with Kinetic Sleep kit (and neck pillow!) and don't leave home without them. Even used them on my recent walk of the El Camino de Santiago. Kinetic Sleep delivers each and every time and I never travel without it.
I like the sleep mask that came in the kit. Very soft and gives enough space for the eye lids and the velcro strap isn't annoying on my head and neck. I haven't used the bluetooth feature yet but can see how it would be useful to listening to calm music to wind down. Very handy for survival kit for long flights - especially red eyes! (other goodies are useful in hotels when you never quite know what you're going to get in terms of noise and light pollution)
This kit is great for maximizing hotel-comfort when I'm traveling. It fits great in my carry-on, and solves all those nagging problems in a hotel environment - curtains that don't fully close, little lights on the microwave, fridge-buzz, doors slamming down the hall, unfamiliar smells...etc. etc. It solves all these problems. Don't take another business trip without a sleep kit!
Lavender has always calmed me down before bed and I love that it’s in a pillow spray version in this kit. Super easy to build into my routine at home and when I’m traveling. Seems to help me relax and help me fall asleep. I also like to wear the blue light glasses if I’m reading late at night.
I travel internationally often. Sleep becomes an issue with changing time zones. Within this kit's attractive case is all anyone needs to solve the various annoyances which occur in hotel rooms - noise, light, smell! A must for the frequent traveler who wants a good night's sleep!
