• Bluetooth Sleep Mask-  Use in your hotel at bedtime or during naps. Combine blackout eye mask with Bluetooth-connection to easily listen to guided meditation, white noise, pink noise or calming music from your smartphone to help unwind.
• Soft Foam Earplugs- Use on a plane, bus or in a hotel room to drown out loud noises or disturbances that can disrupt sleep hygiene when traveling for competition.
• Lavendar Scented Pillow Spray- Use at home and in hotels to encourage familiar, consistent pre-bed routine to improve sleep quality and lessen impact of first-night effect when traveling.
• Blue Light Blocking Glasses- Wear these glasses at nighttime to help filter blue light emitted from devices like phones, tablets or laptops, or when watching TV or gaming. Blue light exposure at night can reduce sleep quality and sleep duration.
• Performance Mouth Tape- Try mouth tape with breathwork before bed to get used to the experience. By forcing nose breathing, snoring may be reduced, nitric oxide circulation increases in the blood, and help balance the Autonomic Nervous System.
• Blackout Curtain Clips- Keep your bedroom dark with blackout curtain clips that keep curtains closed so no light can peek through to disrupt natural melatonin production and interfere with sleep quality.
• LED Light Blocking Stickers- Use in your hotel at bedtime to cover up indoor light pollution emitted from smoke detectors, alarm clocks or in-room appliances. *Be sure to remove stickers before checkout!

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned within 15 days of the order date for a refund.  To make a return, items must be unopened and unused. 

When returning for a refund, you will receive a prepaid return label via email.  Once your return is received and inspected, we will refund your original payment method within 5-7 business days, less the return shipping costs.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Ships within the US only. Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days.  Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Mondays.
